Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now the pastor. He also serves as director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for equipping the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves part of the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of many online pieces and is a co-author in Christ Centered biblical counseling Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne has three children together with his wife Leslie.
